Study Focus — Beta Waves for Rapid Workflow & Enhanced Concentration — Brainwave Entrainment
Опубликовано: 3 янв. 2016 г.The Study Hub presents its latest brainwave entrainment study aid — an isochronic tone featuring beta frequencies between 14hz and 17hz.
Why these frequencies?
Beta is an effective frequency for really zoning into your study and working at a quick but efficient pace. The frequencies ramp up and down in 9 minute increments to provide regular boosts in focus and concentration without over stimulating you with any one particular frequency.
Note that all frequency bands will be explored in The Study Hub project. This is because all have a role to play when providing a basis for optimal learning.
Do I need headphones?
Unlike binaural beats, isochronic tones are monophonic and so headphones are NOT required. However, using headphones will always provide a more effective brainwave entrainment experience. You can of course alternate between both speakers and headphones.
